Avaya DevConnect Tested Call Accounting and Reporting Solution

@Comm’s CommView provides comprehensive call accounting and reporting capability too any Small, Midsized as well as Large Enterprises regardless of network size. The CommView application is now successfully compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 7.0 and Avaya Aura® Session Manager 7.0. Avaya Solution Interoperability Test Lab successfully conducted various tests including verifying CDR records sent to the CommView application. Several call scenarios were also tested including, inbound and outbound PSTN calls, transfers, conference and call forwarding.

 

@Comm is a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect program — an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network. As a Technology Partner, @Comm is eligible to submit products for compliance testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab.
