As an active Solution Partner in Cisco’s Solution Partner Program as well as Cisco’s DevNet, @Comm has continued to expand the integration between CommView Plus and CommView Cloud with Cisco’s Unified Communications solutions.  Through earlier Interoperability Verification Testing (IVT) and through current development projects - customers using CommView Plus or CommView Cloud can take advantage of our expertise whether the voice solution is a branch office using an IOS device, a midsize company wanting the simplicity of a Business Edition 6000 or an enterprise deployment utilizing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

The most common method of integration with CUCM is based on access to the CDR files that Cisco makes available by sFTP, FTP.  For IOS based Cisco solutions, syslog monitoring and file based logs offer the simplest deployment options.
