Starting Call Accounting

What To Do How To Do It

LSWin Call Accounting does not have to be running to perform the polling, processing and posting of calls to the PMS. This

If LSWin Call Accounting is not already running.

1. Click

2. Select Programs, Xiox TMS, then Call Accounting.

3. If needed click  on the Windows Task Bar to display the main screen.



Running Night Audit Reports

What To Do How To Do It

1. Select Run Night Audit from the Audit Reports menu to open the Run Night Audit dialog box.

2. Select an Audit Sequence from the drop-down list.

3. Enter report dates in the From and To fields.

4. Click  to view a list of reports to be run. Use the check boxes to select or deselect which reports to include in the batch then click .

5. Click  to start.

Running Nightly Audit Reports Automatically

What To Do How To Do It

1. Select Options and then Schedule Night Audit from the Audit Reports menu to open the Schedule Night Audit Reports dialog box.

2. Select an Audit Sequence from the drop-down list.

3. Enter the dates the reports should include in the From and To fields.

4. Enter a Date and Time when the reports should be run.

5. Select how frequently the reports should be run from the Period drop-down list.

6. Click  to view a list of reports to be run. Use the check boxes to select or deselect which reports to include in the batch, then click

7. Click  to add the reports to the Current Schedule.

Note: Repeat this process for each Audit Sequence to be scheduled.

8. Click  to exit.

Adding Additional Report Libraries to the Automatic Nightly Audit Reports

What To Do How To Do It

1. Select Options and then Specify Night Audit Report Libraries from the Audit Reports menu.

2. Select any additional report libraries to be included in the Audit Sequence then click  and then click

Note: Be sure to schedule these reports using the 'Running Nightly Audit Reports Automatically' procedures above.

Setting Profit Basis by Call Type

What To Do How To Do It

Use to determine the profit made from guest calls by entering the rates charged by your phone service provider.

1. Select Option and then Profit Basis from the Audit Report menu to open the Edit Profit Basis dialog box.

2. Click the Flat Rate option box if this will be the type of rate entered.

3. Select Call Type from the drop-down list.

4. Enter per minute rates for First Minute and Additional Minute Cost in the Day/Peak, Evening/Off. Night/Weekend fields.

Note: Repeat these steps for each call type.

Archiving Call Records Using Account Close

What To Do How To Do It

Use the account close function to save call records for a specific time period into a file. On the scheduled date, the data file is automatically closed out and renamed.

1. Select Site Definition from the Tools menu to open the Site Definition dialog box.

2. Click  to open the Account Close dialog box.

3. Enter a Date and Time.

4. Select the time Period over which to run the account close function.

5. Click  to save and exit.
