Call Accounting and Productivity Analysis for Team,

CommView is an simple to use Call Accounting, Department Call Productivity and Traffic reporting solution for both VoIP and legacy PBX and IP-PBX systems of all brands.

CommView includes a suite of professionally designed, ready to run reports that support all major AVAYA PBX and IP-PBX systems, plus a wide range of third party party PBX and IP-PBX manufacturers.

CommView delivers seamless reporting compatibility for Avaya®, Cisco®, Mitel®, NEC®, Nortel®, ShoreTel®, among other leading manufacturers.

CommView is available as a Windows-based software system, supplied in an easy to set up and use package, including @Comm support.

CommView supports organizations from 10 to 100,000 extensions, unlimited sites and any mix of PBX & IP-PBX brands. It includes a complete set of ready to run reporting modules.

CommView provides business and IT managers with Call Accounting and Call Usage analysis reports to reduce telecom expense, AND detect and measure team productivity and pinpoint workflow bottlenecks.

CommView delivers the most advanced call analysis reports on the market today. Report distribution is fully automated and web browser-based.

It is the perfect real-time management tool to increase productivity and reduce expenses. It can be applied selectively for teams, departments, or company-wide.

CommView is offered in two configurations:

CommView WebReporter: Ideal for medium to large organizations who wish to deliver speed, control and convenience to their end users, enabling real-time reports access from any location via a standard web browser.

CommView WorkStation: A workstation-centric solution for smaller organizations who do not need real-time access to report data and prefer to centralize ALL report distribution via a dedicated IT administrator.

Both configurations are interoperable with Cisco, Nortel, Avaya, Mitel, Fujitsu, ShoreTel and other major PBX brands. They work concurrently with both IP and legacy PBXs in any mix, number of extensions and PBX service locations.


PC or Server Specifications

Single User CommView for One or More Sites:

  • Pentium III 800MHz or higher
  • 512MB RAM or higher
  • 80GB Drive - At least 25% free disk space for programs and workspace
  • CD-ROM Drive
  • Windows Vista, Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000, or 2003 Server
  • Any Graphics Card with 800x600 resolution or higher
  • One COM Port (Required if LAN/IP polling option is not being used) Configure this port as COM1, IRQ 4, Base 3F8
  • 1 V.90/92 Modem for dialup polling (if required for remote site SMDR collection)
  • Internet access for registration, email integration and remote support over IP

Windows Server for WebReporter
or Server-Hosted Database Option
:

  • Same as single user (above) but with following changes:
  • Pentium IV 2.8GHz or higher
  • 2GB RAM minimum  (4GB improves Windows Server performance significantly)
  • 80GB Drive – At least 25% free space for temporary report storage (RAID 1 or RAID 10 recommended)
  • CD-ROM Drive
  • Microsoft Windows 2003 Server
  • NAS or Automatic Tape Backup Process for data archiving – AIT-3 recommended
  • Note: NAS or Tape backup hardware and software must be supported directly by the third party manufacturer, not @Comm.
